Dig Deep Minerals is a new company with a growing book of work. We're collecting applications from operators, drivers, and hands who want to be first in line as contracts land. If you take pride in dirt work done right, we want to hear from you.
We staff up as contracts land. These are the roles we hire — apply now and we'll call when your seat opens.
Dozer, excavator, loader, and grader hands with real seat time. Safety-minded and steady.
Dump-truck and haul drivers who know the oilfield roads and keep their equipment clean.
Grade checkers, spotters, and hands willing to work — the backbone of every crew.
Foremen, mechanics, and project support as the operation grows.
Veterans encouraged to apply. We're a service-disabled veteran-owned company, and we hire local first — Hobbs and the Permian Basin.
Send your application and résumé. We'll keep it on file and reach out when a role opens.
